Original blue cloth boards with moire-like finish, silver lettering at front and spine. Patterned endpapers, roughcut edges. No DJs, as issued. Boards have faded to dull gray at spines and edges, and have edgewear and lightly bumped corners. All feps have offset marks, all four hinges are starting, some gatherings are loose, vol 1 lacks the tissue guard at the frontis, some foxing throughout both volumes.
