Corners bumped, minimal rubbing to edges and boards. Upper clasp missing. Edges soiled. Dampstaining to endpapers at top and lower edges, and to the first and last few pages at gutter. First few leaves detached. Very occasional ink and pencil notes. Pages age toned. Engraved frontis and four folding plates showing maps and plans of ancient buildings.
