Pps. 1-235 are reprints of articles by Wm. Shockley et al. The remainder is original material produced under a contract to Bell Labs from Western Electric assessing the difficulties and future potentialities of the (3 year old) transistor, particularly as pertained to electronic computers. Well-worn ex-library with the usual markings & considerable wear to covers-worn, soiled & creased. Nonetheless, the sewn binding is still quite sound and it's internally quite clean. G-VG.
