Magisterial conference chaired by Howard Aiken with c. 700 attendees sharing information primarily on relay-contact networks. Almost all of the luminaries of early electronic computing seem to have been there. Thirty-nine papers are here reprinted.
Owner's name in each volume, vol. 1 has minor ink markings in the contents section differentiating entries in v. 1&2. Otherwise the volumes are altogether clean & show virtually no wear- VG+-NF. Dustwrappers rather more worn- vol 1 good only, vol. 2 taped & worn- poor.
