Original staple-bound black wrappers printed in grey, with a white printed paper wrap-around mounted on the front and rear. Introduction by William Carlos Williams.
Covers soiled, stained, toned and creased. Wrap-around partly split at the spine, wrappers starting to split at the head of the spine. Small name written in ink on the copyright page. Text block with light toning and thumbing. Good condition. Dowden, pp 4-7.
