Notes: Second issue with plain endpapers and without teg. New York: Duffield & Company, 1910. 8vo. 124pp. Blue cloth with paste-on. Untrimmed edges. Missing one plate: "Going Into Breeches" facing p.44. Binding cracked at pages 14, 69, 84, 93 and 116. Spine extremities bumped, rubbed, with fraying at tail. Horizontal crease to head of spine. Corners bumped, frayed. Cover paste-on chipped 1/2" at upper left corner. Paste-on faded, rubbed. Stain to front panel. Minor yellowing to margins of illustrations, not affecting art. Tissue guards are present and intact (except for the missing plate), but there is a 2" tear to the frontispiece tissue guard. Book is in Fair condition.
