Top edge gilt, remaining edges untrimmed. No dust jacket. TLs pasted onto the rear free endpaper recto; ALs pasted onto the rear paste down.
Cloth rubbed, corners bumped and worn. Water damage and partial fading to the rear board. Front free endpaper with foxing and an erased gift inscription. Part of an envelope pasted onto the rear free endpaper; name and date written in ink on the rear paste down. Good condition. MK/beh
